New Website Released and Other Developments

Friday, April 4th, 2008

A new website was released at www.neokast.com this week! Besides the sleeker design and a lot of reformatting there are some added features and navigation capabilities. Pay us a visit and you’ll find quite a few improvements such as the ability to continue browsing content while watching live streams.

Expect the website to continue to evolve over the coming weeks and months. We have some big designs for delivering the greatest live online broadcast experience on the planet, and as always we gladly welcome your suggestions and feedback at questions@neokast.com.

We are also excited to be fully supporting Firefox users now! In the next week we should have added Safari and Opera support making our Stream Player fully compatible with all of the major web browsers.

The next milestone in our development will be the release of a “lite” Stream Player with no .net requirement and an ultra fast installation time. This is also going to be released next week so be sure to update your current player when prompted. Looking further ahead, we are investing a lot of resources into delivering full Mac support and have made it a top priority of ours.

Thanks for visiting and please stay tuned for many more developments to come!
