Thanks to everyone who has written to us concerning questions or comments on the beta performance. We are up to around 45 questions on our FAQ page already.

If you’re getting some buggy performance, chances are you have an older version of the beta! The newest version is starting to work like a well-oiled (streaming) machine.

Go to Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel WinXP and uninstall the Neokast Stream Player plugin. Then login back into neokast.com, click on a stream, and install the latest version. Close out IE before you hit RUN for the setup program.

Yes, we’re in the process of setting up the site so you can just dynamically update, but this is a quick fix for those of you eager to check out what’s up with those eagle eggs and enjoy the new beta content.

Some people have emailed us saying their account is ‘disabled.’ This is not the case. After you sign up for the beta, you need to be sent an invitation to get your account activated. This ensures a smooth role out. We invite a big wave of new beta testers daily.
